Annual Report
An Annual Report will be required by Genesis within two months (unless your grant letter says otherwise) of 30 June or 31 December for each year of the project (ie by 31 August or 28 February). As a reminder, further grant payments will be held pending receipt of the report.

Final Report
A Final Report will be required within two months (unless your grant letter says otherwise) of 30 June or 31 December following the completion date of the project (called the “Specified Period”), ie by 31 August or 28 February.
Please use the same Grant Report Form as above.
